What a perfect for a single lady and her dog! Loved the accommodations, the decor and the green space. Close to so many things like dining, shopping and Awbury Abortorium. The host thought of everything and was so responsive to inquiries.

Rae was an excellent host! Very proactive on checking in with me. Location was suburb and very reasonably priced. The neighbors were respectful and off street parking was never an issue, even on the weekend days. Highly recommend and I will be back a few times next Spring!

Great little spot in Philly for a great price. The unit was just as described. Easy to find, street parking was pretty easy and free, and plenty of good stuff within walking distance or a short drive away. I appreciated being able to bring our dogs with us as well. Thanks for hosting us!

I was visiting a friend in the area and had never been to Philly before. This place was easy to find, had a stress-free check-in process and it was so clean and tastefully decorated. Everything was easy to use and frankly? I have never had a better sleep. The bed was the best part. I kind of want to reach out again and see where Rae gets her bedding. I'm talking cloud-like. the kitchen is perfectly stocked and I loved how the washer and dryer were directly in-unit (though I was staying too short a time to really use them). She'll be hearing from me again for my next visit!

I don't even wanna share with y'all because y'all might book it up and I can't get back there,😂RAE IS AWESOME SAUCE and her space is ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS AND PERFECT FOR COUPLES OR A SINGLE STAY GET AWAY. The place was just what you see in the pictures. Easy to find and easy entrance from the code give to you. The place had everything I needed for my stay there. The place worked well for me and my family to get around Philly. Thanks again Rae and I would love to use it again when I come up there in the spring!

Very nice quaint studio apartment in a relaxing, safe, inviting neighborhood. Our host was really cool! We were very comfortable during our stay & my wife loved the little details & aesthetics like the oracle cards & the Amethyst bookends. There were several food options within walking distance, a Rite Aid 1 block away & a gas station. We even found a cool neighborhood bar. It was perfect for our weekend stay.

I had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as pictured – clean, beautifully decorated, and cozy. It felt just like home, and I appreciated all the thoughtful details. The host was incredibly responsive and attentive, answering any questions I had promptly and making sure I had everything I needed. Also allows early check in if needed if cleaning is done earlier !
