What a perfect for a single lady and her dog! Loved the accommodations, the decor and the green space. Close to so many things like dining, shopping and Awbury Abortorium. The host thought of everything and was so responsive to inquiries.

Rae was an excellent host! Very proactive on checking in with me. Location was suburb and very reasonably priced. The neighbors were respectful and off street parking was never an issue, even on the weekend days. Highly recommend and I will be back a few times next Spring!

Rae was very pleasant and was always available when I had any questions. Checkin was a breeze and so checking out! The home was as the description and pictures described! Everything was clean and had a modern feel! Definitely would recommend staying at Rae’s place!

Great little spot in Philly for a great price. The unit was just as described. Easy to find, street parking was pretty easy and free, and plenty of good stuff within walking distance or a short drive away. I appreciated being able to bring our dogs with us as well. Thanks for hosting us!

I was visiting a friend in the area and had never been to Philly before. This place was easy to find, had a stress-free check-in process and it was so clean and tastefully decorated. Everything was easy to use and frankly? I have never had a better sleep. The bed was the best part. I kind of want to reach out again and see where Rae gets her bedding. I'm talking cloud-like.
the kitchen is perfectly stocked and I loved how the washer and dryer were directly in-unit (though I was staying too short a time to really use them).
She'll be hearing from me again for my next visit!

This space was welcoming, comfortable and clean. Finding a parking spot was also easy. Rae was clear with directions on getting into the space as well as responsive and kind!

I don't even wanna share with y'all because y'all might book it up and I can't get back there,😂RAE IS AWESOME SAUCE and her space is ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS AND PERFECT FOR COUPLES OR A SINGLE STAY GET AWAY. The pics are one thing but the VIBE in that space is undeniable. BOOK WITH RAE because u won't be disappointed but don't book too long so I can come back. 😂😂 #1 ON MY AIR BNB LIST FOR SURE🥰

This place looked exactly like the description! It was clean, comfortable and cozy. The host was very responsive and helped me with any questions I had. Parking gets a little crowded in the evening but you can always use the side streets. Would definitely stay again. Loved that it was near a shopping center. Thank you for hosting us
